Terms of service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Who these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and Amenti Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates AgentLinkOps (“AgentLinkOps”, “we”, “us”). They cover this site, the application and API at app.agentlinkops.com, the hosted MCP server, and the hosted parts of the agentlinkops command-line tool. These terms call all of them “the service”.
You accept these terms when you create an account, start a trial or use the service. If you accept them for a company or a client, you confirm you can bind it, and “you” means that organization.
We publish the open-source agentlinkops package under the Apache License 2.0. That license governs the code you run on your own machine. These terms cover the hosted service it connects to.
What the service does
AgentLinkOps keeps a record of the backlinks you care about and checks them. You add the page that should carry a link and the destination it should point to. We fetch that page on a schedule, record whether the link is there with its anchor text and attributes, keep evidence of each check for a limited time, and show you the results in the console, through the API, over MCP and in the command-line tool. Find my backlinks and competitor lookups ask a backlink data supplier which pages link to a domain you name.
Here is what the service does not do:
- It does not send outreach, run email sequences or connect to your mailbox. Your own tools handle any contact with site owners.
- It does not buy, sell or place links.
- It does not promise rankings, indexing, traffic or that any link will stay up.
A check reports what we saw when we fetched the page. When we cannot tell, the result is unknown. An unknown result is never reported as a lost link.
Accounts and workspaces
- You need an account to use the hosted service. Clerk runs sign-in, with email codes or Google sign-in.
- Each account owns one workspace. You can invite people into it and join workspaces other people own.
- Keep your sign-in, API keys and agent connections private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and keys, including what agents you connect do.
- Tell us at [email protected] as soon as you think someone else has your sign-in or an API credential.
- You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract.
Your data
You keep all rights in what you put into the service: URLs, expected anchors, tags, notes, imports and settings. You let us store, process and show that data only to run the service for you, as the privacy policy describes.
You confirm that you may submit the URLs and connect the accounts you add, and that checking them does not break an agreement you have with someone else. If you connect Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools, that provider’s terms apply to the connection as well as these.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- add pages you have no real reason to check, or set schedules meant to overload someone else’s site;
- get around the plan’s limits, the one-trial-per-workspace rule or our rate limits, including by opening extra accounts;
- reach another customer’s workspace or data, test the service for security holes without our written permission, or interfere with how it runs;
- resell hosted access, or present our results as another provider’s, without a written agreement with us;
- use the service for anything unlawful, including watching pages to harass a person.
We may pause checks, revoke keys or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where it is safe to do so, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.
The plan, the trial and payment
- There is one plan, Monitor. Its price and allowance are the ones shown at checkout when you subscribe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, VAT and similar taxes. Checkout does not add tax today, and you are responsible for any tax due where you are. Checkout shows the total before you pay.
- Public payment collection is not switched on yet: only accounts admitted to the pilot can start a paid plan.
- The plan starts with a 7-day free trial, one per workspace. You add a card before the trial starts. Cancel before the trial ends and we charge you nothing. Otherwise the first monthly charge happens when the trial ends.
- The subscription renews every month until you cancel.
- The plan has a monthly check allowance and limits on websites and tracked links. Find my backlinks and competitor lookups also run within daily and monthly limits we set for the whole service. When you reach a limit, the matching work stops. Checks start again when your next billing period begins, and lookups when their limit resets. The Monitor plan never charges for usage beyond its allowance.
- Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- We will email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription. A subscription started before the Monitor plan keeps its price, allowance and usage terms until you change it.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it. Your plan keeps running for 7 days from the start of the unpaid period. After that, new checks stop until the payment succeeds. Your records stay readable and exportable the whole time.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, the plan keeps running until then, and you can undo it before that date. Unused allowance does not carry over.
When the plan ends, the workspace stops running new checks. Its records stay readable and exportable for at least 30 days. After that, we may delete them under the retention schedule in the privacy policy. The refund policy covers refunds.
Changes and availability
We work to keep the service running and to post problems on the status page. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a set response time, and there is no service level agreement unless we sign one with you.
We may change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance by email.
Other companies involved
The service relies on the providers named in the privacy policy, including Cloudflare, Clerk, Stripe, Resend, Google, Microsoft and DataForSEO. Features that use an account you connect, such as Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools, also follow that provider’s terms.
What we own
We own the hosted service, its software, design and documentation, apart from open-source parts under their own licenses. These terms let you use the hosted service during your trial or subscription. They do not transfer ownership of anything. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
Disclaimers
We provide the service “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Check results describe what we saw when we fetched a page. Sites can block us, change, or answer differently from one request to the next, so we do not warrant that any result is complete or current.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings, data you could have exported, or indirect or consequential losses;
- our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not let us limit.
Claims caused by your submissions
If someone brings a claim against us because of URLs or data you submitted in breach of the sections on your data or acceptable use, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may end these terms or suspend the service for you if you seriously break them and do not fix it after notice, or at once where the law requires it or the breach puts others at risk. The sections on your data, what we own, disclaimers, limits on liability and claims caused by your submissions continue after the agreement ends.
Governing law and disputes
The laws of the State of Wyoming govern these terms and any dispute about the service. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep any protection the law where you live gives you. Before starting a formal dispute, please write to [email protected] so we can try to resolve it.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date above. For a material change we email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that date, the new terms apply.
