Refund policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This policy is part of the terms of service between you and Amenti Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates AgentLinkOps.

The short version

The plan starts with a free 7-day trial, so you can try the service before you pay. Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. We refund billing mistakes in full and do not refund part of a month. The Monitor plan stops at its allowance and never charges for extra usage.

The free trial

Each workspace gets one 7-day trial. You add a card before it starts, and we charge nothing during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never billed. If you do not cancel, the first monthly charge happens when the trial ends.

Your subscription

After the plan ends, your records stay readable and exportable for at least 30 days, so cancelling never costs you your data straight away. The terms of service set out the rest of what happens when a plan ends.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the plan keeps running for 7 days while Stripe retries the charge. After that, new checks stop until the payment succeeds, then they start again. Your records stay readable and exportable throughout. The unpaid invoice stays due, and we do not credit days when checks stopped because a payment failed.

Our mistakes

If we charged you in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, we refund it in full. If the service could not run your checks for a long stretch because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will look at a credit or partial refund case by case.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the workspace name and the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank decides how long the money takes to arrive.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live. How we handle the payment details involved is in the privacy policy.
